A friend of mine smokes buffalo wing, longhorn, colby, and whatever anyone wants to try. Hell he smokes deviled eggs in the winter which sounds horrible but is actually pretty good. Anyway his smoked buffalo wing is my fav.

 

I didnt know there was such a type. What cheese does Buffalo Wing start with?

If you can deep fry an OREO you can smoke just bout anything. My friend smokes everything. Got a smoker last year an uses the heck out of it.
