Dammit thanks for the heads up Tracy! ( little late tho)

I like how the tree huggers say how many tons of "greenhoue gases" are dumped into our atmosphere every day!
co2 by the way is lighter than air! not to mention it is odorless and colorless.
Where is this "Magical" scale that weighs these so called tons of co2 being dumped into our atmosphere?
I am a General contractor. In the last ten years we have been forced to plant new trees. I just want to know how many TONS of o2 I have put Back into the atmosphere by doing MY part by planting new trees!

Readin an article on all this stuff a few weeks back and they listed the number one contributer of atmospheric pollutants as being aircraft. Where's all the complaining about them.

It depends on where you take your truck to get inspected. A friend of mine took his 06 cummins to get inspected and they stuck the sniffer in his stack, then came and told him that his truck stopped up their sniffer and they were failing him. He asked to use their computer and showed them that his truck wasnt required to have that done so they said sorry and passed him. My husband use to work at a ford dealer and when either of our trucks need to be inspected I just take them there, I know they will always pass them and they dont have the sniffer. We arent suppose to have emissions (pre 07) but some places are dumb and dont understand that.

It is odd that law enforcement is doing this kind of stuff in Texas, I have yet to be pulled over in CA though I probably dont smoke as much as you guys.... Then again, I have seen some trucks on the road that dump a bunch of coal right around where I live, and have not seen them pulled over ever... Hmmmmm

You dont drive down I-10 very often do you?

Irregardless, all it takes if for one fatality to happen from some guy being stupid and it gets the officials' attention.
