Well with mine I used teriyaki sauce with the hamburger too.

MMMM ok finished jerky.. tastes really good, took 24 hours in the dehydrater..pics in photobucket.

Pepperoni is hot... good though. The meat was just beef this time, no teryaki though, next batch,, maybe some honey and garlic, you know how to do that.

I'd imagine just add honey and garlic until it tastes right then start adding meat...I haven't figured out the sweet stuff yet...I need to experiment.
