gourmet PBJ
2 slices bread
1 jar jif extra crunchy peanut butter
1 jar grape jelly (or strawberry)
1 paper plate
1 plastic knife
directions:
Take the slices of bread and place them on a plate, take once slice and with a butter knife spread a even helping of peanut butter. Place back on plate. Take the other "virgin" slice of bread and spread the jam evenly across it. On return of jam slice to the plate flip the slice so the jam faces the peanut butter and press gently down. Then using the knife cut from corner to corner. When finished discard knife, and return the jelly and peanut butter to there proper storage spot.
ENJOY

Put a thin layer of peanut butter on each slice of bread with the jelly in the middle. No more soggy bread at lunch time. Ta Da!

hence its "gourmet" thats why its cut on a angle, I like em down the middle and your right 2% but I use "hillbilly" whole wheat bread

Next year if yer in Ohio you can come to our house and eat. We'll stuff ya with so much food you won't move for a week. With all of us living up here on the hill
we just split it up three ways that way we all have something to cook for t-day.
