my favorite was when i was in the right lane stopped at the light, the person ahead of me turned left so i coasted up one spot, the kid in the ricer that was revving his engine the whole time must have thought i was trying to show him what my diesel could do because he just gunned it right into the back of my parked truck! did no dammage at all to my truck but caved the whole front of his car in! he called the police not me, and when they got there tried forever to explain to them how it was my fault because i moved forward. needless to say he got a ticket, and a totaled car and i got a check for around 500 and a rear bumper that was bent but not bad enough to worry about

While funny (and i wont say I have not done it) you guys need to remember one thing... You never know who your pissing off. I think it was DM that had his extd cab window busted out for doing this. Also that chick just might be the daughter/wife to your congressman who votes on new EPA laws... all he knows now is diesel trucks smoke... ALOT.

Just a heads up, and again, I've caught myself doing it too...

she was mad as hell.

I really need to find a away to put a 4BT Cummins in our minivan because its the worst with tailgaters. I'm so glad that it'll do well over 100 MPH since I don't have any smoke to blow. When I drive my truck I get very few people that will actually ride my butt and the few that do, get what little smoke I make from gunning it and that usually does the trick. If that doesn't work, I shift down to 3rd and roll the coal. If they are still doing it when I come to a stop light/sign or whatever, I'll start off in 3rd gear and leave a big cloud that sits for a few seconds. I can start off in 4th and roll the coal for a long time but the truck don't like me doing that too much.

Was this in Rexburg? I love driving through there and showing the college kids how to drive. I think they drive worse than the high schoolers but the high schoolers seem to have most of the ricers which just need to meet my truck and get squished. I dang near totaled a jeep one day down there. 4 lane road with a center turning lane. I was in the outside lane in my dodge I had (which had a 3" lift) and the inside lane was packed. All of a sudden a jeep cherokee darts across in front of me. Thank goodness the person behind was a ways back and paying attention or I would have been rear ended.

Good point rswords,i try not to do it to.But some people just don't get it.
I think they also don't realize the weight diference between a full size truck and a car.

I'm kinda scared if someone hits me if brake check em or they cut me off that they're going to die, it wouldn't be my fault but my bumper sits higher than a hood of a jeep cherokee, not a high vehicle, but still quite a bit bigger than a car, anyway I'm just gonna stick to smoking em out, the duals add a nice touch to that too, the smoke kinda barrels out of both pipes and converges into the middle which is pretty effective at slowing down tailgaters, but i try to just let them go around cause they're obviously in a bigger hurry than I am

I don't brake check anymore for fear that if they can't see my beast of a truck then they won't see my brake lights either.

That's one of the reasons why I put the K3LA on my truck. I was taking my toyhauler from storage in Mountain Home out to our house in Kuna with my wife following in her truck when some jerk in a pink Kia Rio hatchback passes us up only to cut me off to make the Micron exit.

Now when I have a problem, mostly California transplants that don't know how to drive to begin with, I just nail them with the horns. I did that when I was home this summer ...... some bimbo in a red convertible BMW got snooty at the light we were stopped at because I was in a diesel so she got blasted.
