I have used both stihl and husky logging over the years and would choose stihl. They are both great saws but the stihl just out performs the husky and that's why almost all the timber fellers in the pacific northwest use stihl

I think Stihl are the best of the two.

Its hard to beat the stihls but husky are damn good too. I like the 441 stihl and i love my 056 for falling big trees

I actually just went to the stihl dealer today.I priced a 460 with a 32" for $959..Not as bad as I thought it was going to be.Ive been looking for a husqvarna 288xp I hear theyre legendary

I've used Jonsered for 20 years. Course being from Maine, I don't know much about cuttin' wood

They are also great saws same as dolmar,solo and shindaiwa.But only thing is i dont really know where id find a dealer for those brands,like parts availability

Are you In washington? there is a full line shindiawa dealer in Loon Lake just north of spokane

yes new to the state so I dont quite know my way around yet.but I mapquested that and its a 6hr drive But Im sure there are closer dealers for those brands or just order online but i like that there is a stihl dealer about 10 minutes from where i live

I always hear good stuff about their trimmers and landscaping products are untouchable.but ive never heard anything on the saws ill have to look into it
