I have a great running Dodge Dakota, it can no long pass California smog. I am not gonna repair it, and dont really wanna scrap it. The only reason it doesnt pass is becuse the trucks comp cant communicate with the smog comp. My question is during a AZ smog test, do they plug the truck's comp into a smog comp to read it or is it strickly tail pipe probe only?
