Well, I'd rather have spring, but that is pretty unlikely for mid February in Wisconsin. March, however, different story!!!

OK, Maybe it will warm up in late April But that will mean the official state bird will be around allot earlier and they will be hungry.
You do know that Wisconsin changed the State bird to the MOSQUITO don't you.
