your recruiter should have study material for the asvab, and he should be able to give you practice tests.
and the asvab is not hard. is all skills. for example, i had his queston when i took the asvab:
Which of these is NOT part of the braking system on cars??
A)Brake lines
B)Master Cylinder
C)Hydraulic Pump
D) Rotor

all the those are part of a brake system a Master Cylinder is a Hydraulic pump. sorry i am just being picky. 12 yrs military.

The master cylinder is a control device that converts non-hydraulic pressure (commonly from a driver's foot) into hydraulic pressure, in order to move other device(s) which are located at the other end of the hydraulic system, such as one or more slave cylinders. As piston(s) move along the bore of the master cylinder, this movement is transferred through the hydraulic fluid, to result in a movement of the slave cylinder(s). The hydraulic pressure created by moving a piston (inside the bore of the master cylinder) toward the slave cylinder(s) compresses the fluid evenly, but by varying the comparative surface-area of the master cylinder and/or each slave cylinder, one will vary the amount of force and displacement applied to each slave cylinder (relative to the amount of force and displacement that was applied to the master cylinder).

Semper Fi man. I was in 05-11. Focus on your college like you're thinking. Pay attention to everything and try to expand your knowledge of every MOS. I interviewed and got a job with Lockheed based on my military experience. I beat out people with masters and bachelors. It pays off in the end if you apply yourself. Dont get caught in the drinking and partying all the time. Go against USMC regulation and use COMMON SENSE!! Good luck brother. Dont get off too much on the Grunt vs POG thing either. There are dumbasses on each side of the fence. Stay safe man and keep your head down.
P.S.
I cant talk alot of **** about the Hooahs cause my GF is one but she drives a Cummins so it makes up for it

It's multiple guess and one answer is not like the others. Things were named by their specific name, and the 4th was a general name. That's what I was getting at.
