I figured it out, I ran is as the administator and it wprked which doesn't make any since cause I'm on the administrator account anyway, everything I do shoud be as the "administrator" but who am I to argue with Bill Gates. Anyway, it work now. Thanks for the help

I can't figure out how to run as an "administrator" through vista.. any pointers?

Got it figured out. Turning user account control off worked, and now I have the DB screensaver. Just go to the start button, and in the search field, type user account control and it will come up in search. You can turn it off from there, and wala, it should work fine. Mine did at least.. and now I have a sweet DB screen saver!

I still can not figure it out here. My computer has a vista sticker but startup shows windows 2000 i think. I know that mine is because of the tight security settings that they have installed on my laptop. They are very creative here, I cannot access my personal e-mail, youtube, etc. I guess that I will just have to enjoy it at home and hope that the next one works for some reason. Or I might just wait until the next one comes out and go into IT and get them to put it on.

YOu have to run the install from the admin account on your puter
