Well i have installed it on an xp and a vista and it works fine .................

(Researching)

Question:

Error 75 (Path File Access Error)

Solution:
This error can be caused by insufficient permissions to files or folders. Verify that you have full read and write permissions to the folders and files within the NTE folder. Make sure that there is at least 250 MB of free space on the server in which your NTE folder is located. Also be sure that the NTE folder is shared and that the currently logged in user has permissions to read and write to the share.

This error can also be caused by antivirus software inhibiting the transfer of data. Try temporarily disabling antivirus software before retrying.
hummm......

You Must be on an administrator account

do this: right-click on the file and click on the "Security" tab - then click through the various categories to determine what accounts and users have write access to those files

Try this stuff above

I've got full permissions in my administrator account, and my personal account.. Still isn't working.

Check the security Tag on the file
