Good luck man. I quit over a year ago and its a bitch. I'm only 29 and I have early stages of emphysema, so thats my big reason not to smoke again. I still want one, but I know 1 will lead to a pack and so on. Find all the reasons you can to stay away from them.

The ease of quiting depends on if it is really just a habit... or an addiction.

Habit is something you do without really thinking about it i.e. brushing your teeth, putting on your seat belt.

Addiction is when you can't funtion without... its a dependence...

therefore if its as simple as a habit... its easier... because you are not "dependent" upon it.... but, if you are addicted, you will have to over come mental hurdles.

Good luck!!!!! I really really hope that you and your wife both quit this nasty habit!.....or addiction

For me it is both a Habit and an Addiction.

Quit cold Turkey for 7 days then started using the E-Cig.
