Good guess just add wannabe infront of it. I feel horrible doing this because she loves her dad. He just can't grow up he wasn't this bad when we were together. Since I left him he went to prison for a few years, wasn't in her life from age 6months to three and has four other kids under the age of three.

check out intellus i believe it's called. and as far as custody, you can prolly do a little research and file the paperwork/ appear yourself.

most lawyers will offer a free consult for a limited time like 15-30min.. find all those to ask questions.

if he's locked up, move quick and you should have no problems,

depending on state check with legal aid, you might be able to get a free lawyer like my ex wife did.

 

We are starting the process today!!! If all goes well my husband will be legally adopting her! From what the lawyer said unles her dad finds some hidden stash of money to spend on a Amazing lawyer this is a cut and dry case.

his liscense was revoked for failure to appear, unless it was revoked before the failure to appear

Well supposedly the failure to appear wa because when he got pulled over with a suspended license they just gave him a ticket along with a ticket of no seat belt. hE ignored those two tickets and that's what his failure to appears were for.

 

Sounds like you are moving in the right direction by getting custody of the kid.
