when I had my 1986 camaro.. I got asked all the time if that was "daddy's play pretty"
but i dont have it anymore cus im stuck on diesels.

what I hate is going into a parts store and ordering a part... or picking up a part.
i ordered a holley 600cmf 4bbl carb for my camaro..and the guy behind the counter was like " are you sure you need a carb".... and i was like "yea i am"...and he goes "then how did you drive your car here?" I was like " ummm it has a carb on it right now that works fine.. i just want a bigger one dip s**t"

another time I had to buy a new clutch for my camaro..and i went in to order it... and he goes " is it a manual or an auto".... i asked for the manager

the other day i picked up some fix a flat at auto zone...( im about to buy new tires..just needed a quick fix) and he goes " are you sure you need the "large tire" one"..... i just told him " yea im driving an EFFFIN truck...so im pretty sure i do"

 

I do like girls driving huge trucks.
It shows independence, ability and self confidence.
It was every morning a run to the keys.
And more than once I just saw the taillights.
It makes me proud of my girl, when she backs up the trailer- without any help or advice!
It gives those old "experienced-once-in-a-year-trailer "guys an open mouth, because she is faster than they are.

I was mean- took her on a military semi with trailer to learn the ropes.
But she was doing fine.

 

i think its kool when a women drives a diesel. if there truck is faster/better than mine, makes it even better

 

saw some girl in colorado one night with a real nice old dodge like mine. granted it was a gasser but it was nice. i saw the truck and my jaw dropped. then saw the girl drivin the truck and well i just didnt really know what to do but stand there and smile ha ha.

 

wen i had a bf i told everyone who asked me that, that his was the broke down POS a mile behind me... wich most of the time was true
its funny how guys will brake their back to "out do" someone. remember hun its not whos is bigger or faster. its wat you like and what you want. you may have a grl with a 6 inch lifted truck on 37's and you goda 4 on 35. maybe you dnt want something 6 inches high. just let it be and get over it. if i was a guy ( ) id love for my grl to have a badder truck than me cuz u know all other guys jaws are dropin when they see her and im the lucky one to be with her. so for all the guys out there...... think of it that way

 

My answer to the questions whether or not it is mine,

Funny as hell when my husband is driving and someone reads that and pulls up next to us to see a 6'7" Gorilla looking back at them.

Seriously though, my hubby has an 04 3500 and an 07 C&C he used to beat me with the 04 everytime at the track. He doesn't even try anymore, he keeps telling his truck that mine is a spoiled little princess and one day her time will come. Problem is I dont let her break, his however is a different story.

I know my girlfriend loves to drive my truck ... and gets tons of looks as she blows by the local " hot dogs" in town.

She is sadly not a member here yet ( I'm still working on that). But she is learning very quickly and has corrected me quite a few times.
