This could be intersting to say the least

I have a new lady in my life and she is a runner, she is 5-3 and 110 pounds of pure running machine, she has been in many a marithons. There is advertised a race here locally called the "race behind the rocks" anyway it is a 5k race on May 1st , we went out there friday and this sumbuck is mean, we were on all 4 at times climbing and the descents are just as tough, I need to be careful here not to break another ankle. My honey and I will both be in the over 50 race, I have been running allot lately doing anywhere from 6 to 10 miles every other day and lifting weights on the alternate days so I am up to this.............5k is 3.1 miles so I should be OK

I told my honey she needs to stay ahead of me by 20 yards and not to let me catch her till after the race heheheheeee

The time to gain the german sports badge for 5k in your age group is 33minutes on even terrain.
It always was a fight for me with these 5k's once a year.

Just think of that bacon in front of you! And you will run like a deer.
