not really Matt......I been practicing for a few years now, I broke that leg in half so I started with a crawl then slowly progressed to where I am now, I guess lets just say I am used to it, very funny a couple years ago my son who was 27 and a cop in great shape was after a loan from me, I told him I was heading out to jog and he should come along to give me details, anyway it was a bad trick because I knew it would blast him, sure enough the next day he could hardly get out of bed heheheeeee

I am heading out there again here in a couple hours for my last trip for 7 days since I go back to work tomorrow

I figger if I can keep Susan ahead of me this will give me incentive and I will also tell her that I will tickle her till she pees if I catch her...............this should keep her goin heheheeeeeee

ah running I remember when I used to do that
used to run 2-3 miles every other day with my dog
