I like slammed full size p/u's, especially if the roof is lowered too. The '70 to '80 era trucks look real sweet that way, and I'm looking for an early to mid '80's Dodge 1/2 ton to lower and put a 4bt into. Saw a real sweet '84 the other day, lowered just a little, but in very good shape.

Id like a dropped lead sled with a 440 in it, if that counts.

A dropped truck - no thanks. All trucks, including 2 wd's IMHO should be on 35" rubber.

not when the ranger gets 28MPG and has, knock on wood, 202K on the clock with very minimal maintenance..... i'm working on building a high compression 2.5L long rod motor with a Volvo DOHC head..... it's gonna be wicked......

we need PICS!!!.....the guy that helped me paint my truck is who got me into lowriders. he had an old 69-70 F-100 SWB that was in the weeds with straightend beams but now he's building a clone that has IFS from a station wagon, R&P steering and a narrowed 8.8 and it's frame is less than 3" off the groung and has full suspension travel until the frame hits the gound.... it floats like a Caddy....

i like chopped tops but it has to me done with taste.... some trucks look great some look like ***.... i always thought a C-10 with a chopped top and a sectioned body would be badass..... especially tubbed with some 15x14's or so inder the rear.....
