You do not understand here....
All it takes to screw up I-20 is the meare words "snow storm" let alone it happening.People in the Southwestern states that usually do not see alot of snow end up driving like a monkey trying to screw a football.

Another thing...
IF you have ever had the displeasure of driving in Texas during a snow storm,their idea of spreading anti-skid on the highway is 4 mexicans in a beat up old pick-up,tailgate down,1 driving and the other 3 tossing sand onto the bridges ONLY.The ABSOLUTE 2 worst stretches of Interstate in Texas when it snows are I-40 from Shamrock to Amarillo and I-10 from El Paso to Pecos where it meets I-20.I can not count the number of times we were stranded on those interstates when I ran the Left Coast.

 

 

What i don't understand is how all these states are getting monster snow yet Wyoming has managed to evade the snow. If a big storm is moving through then we usually get a decent amount. pisses me off. Can someone send some weather my way?

we have about a foot right now. We just drove to Dallas and they hardley had anything It was more like slush. It seemed like it's slowing down if not stopping right now.

13.5" at our house this morning.

 

I get snow every year except this year I dont know how it is missing me but I dont like it, we had a few inches for a couple days and that was it now just tons of rain, I WANT SNOW

 

I like snow, as long as I don't have to drive far in it. Then it's a pain in the butt.

 

There are reports of snow down by Mobile Alabama. Its coming down in Montgomery. Been snowing since daybreak and hasn't slowed a bit.

 

We getting rain from it in the top half of Florida, dam big storm stretching for LA to SC with the top of it in TN and the bottom just below Orlando.

That going to mess the flying up a bit I bet

 

take that deep south!
