Texas never gave up which calls for Major respect... But I must say... I'm not too sure how much difference a quarterback would have made.... if he was like the dreaded tebow... yes it would have....

i do think... that the team would have had more confidence tho. ( if thats where your going with this)


but i must say... I'm excited for texas's freshman QB.... he got to play in a national champ. Game... thats pretty sweet for the freshman.... sad for McCoy tho, you could tell he wanted to play badly.

I believe...if Texas hadn't been such a fast pace team...we would have walked all over texas..... the closes team to Texas's pace we have played would be Auburn. They are also a fast pace team...and all yall gotta do is look at the score for that game.... that game was a win or loose based on a hail mary.... thank god they didnt get it.







by the way... in case I didn't make it clear... if yall hadn't been fast paced....qb or no qb... we would have stomped all over yall...meaning... what made yall such a good team was yall's fast pace game.

my whole point is.... all of us alabama fans..knew the moment McCoy got hurt... yall would say the moment the game was over " the only reason they won was because McCoy got hurt".......... but whatever makes yall feel better





i forgot to mention that our QB played with freaking broken ribs....he broke them 3rd quarter in the FL Game.

 

All I have to say after that ego trip is.... Kiffin said it best back in the season. "Alabama and Florida live on."



McElroy and broken ribs?! No. A hairline fracture in MAYBE one. X-rays didn't even pick it up. And he told ESPN he had it numbed before the game.

 

that MOST certainly WAS NOT an "ego trip" why would I have an ego about something I didnt even do? thats dumb.

and the whole McElroy thing was what the papers said.... I didn't even know about it....


If you can't understand what I had to say about Texas... then you don't watch enough college football.

SEC ( besides Auburn) are slow paced teams. We hit hard, Move the field slow.

Most other conferences are FAST paced, Hit move on up that field fast.

Texas's main compitition they brought to the game was their fast pace game.

Alabama is not used to playing fast paced... LOOOK AT THE AUBURN BAMA GAME....Auburn FREAKIN sucked THIS year... and they almost beat our asses... its the fast pace of their game.


if you don't see that..... think about..... batting cages......there is coach pitched...over handed to u.... its a slow moving pitch..... get used to hitting that.... months later you go to the cages.... its on fast pitched...... YOU CANT HIT THE DAMNED BALL....why? because it's going too fast ....your not used to it.....
