I bought me a pair of those hand spinner dealies to do pushups off of...............only 50 at a time but I been keepin track .........and I am at 1k now and still goin strong.......not bad for an old fart eh, the night is young

 

its because your "medicated"

 

maybe whit should do some crossfit or crossfitfootball

I am up to 1250 now.....arms tuker out at about 35 so the next 15 is a struggle to hit 50

 

whit your old enough to know you cant do that all in one night or they will be a price to pay

 

I nornally do 200 every night so it shouldnt be a problem.........we will see

And when I do pushups, I keep BOTH hands behind my back son.
