I work construction with my own for hire trucks(3),one of my drivers is guaranteed 60 hrs a week, and I just hired another driver tuesday and he has 39 hrs in in 4 days and was off by 9 this morning, last week I worked 7 12 hour days in the truck and a few hours a night on the trucks but off today because of a big rain storm too wet to work on the construction sites and too wet to put gravel down on the roads, why I do this I'm still not sure,we only work from may to december and a very little during the winter months:U:
