6' 2", 204lbs, Bench/squat dunno, never tried. I can swing a k bottle up onto my shoulders. Never run bad knees, can swim 2 plus miles a day underwater wearing 40 pounds of equipment and draggin a hose.

well when I was in shape 5'8" 165lbs bench 275lbs ran 5k's 3 times a week.

now still 5'8" 140lbs soaking wet and I do a lot of sitting on benches cuz my foot .
