Logan.... that's bad...
I had a very bad car accident on the 8th of March 2007...
I was a passenger in a BMW 530d E39 (2002 model) driving at 250-260kmh (148-155mph) when we drove into what appeared to be ice rain (anyone who has ever been to Iceland knows we have the worlds most up climate) and the car started to skid and went offroad.
It flipped a total of 21 times and everybody is well surprised of both me and driver surviving. It was a horrific experience wich left me half crippled. Deadlift however has ldone my back and hip nothing but good, practicing it has built muscle on the back so now it can withstand more.
I had a dislocated shoulder, hip cracked, three bad dishes in my back and two in my neck.
But that is nothing compared toyour injury! At the time of the crash i was weighing a litle more than i am now but had a fat precentaga of only 9,6% whereas i am now at 15,5%
