only reason i took this job was to save money while my husband would be gone during basic...and thats IT!..... i didnt take it cus we were hurting for money.. or because i wanted the job.....

i know what i want to do in life.. i know what my calling is....and im gonna start working toward that goal... as soon as cody and i are moved wherever the air force is gonna move us.... im gonna be a teacher.. im just hung on what type of teacher i want to be
i wanted to be a kindergarten teacher to begin with... but i really love english... so its between kindergarten and high school english.....

like i said.. i love english... but i also love showing young children new things... and teaching them things about the world around them... and i also enjoy the laughter and innocence of young childrend... and how goofy they can be.... ( i was a teachers aide for 2 years in highschool)

but english... i love... i love decoding literture... and crap like that...

but i think id be a better kindergarten teacher because i have alot of patcients... and im more passionate about the students...than i am what id be teaching.... ( i hope that makes sence)

so i know what i want to do in life... im just waiting to make that happen

*****, just cuz you got one doesn't mean you can be one.

In all seriousness though, factory work is hard work. I worked in two different printing plants and one of them had a packing line in it that I had to work on a few times. Putting even one thing on can be very hard to keep up and it sounds like you had quite a few things you were supposed to do. Keep your head up, I am sure you will find the right job for you, and when you do you will look back on this little experience and know that it helped you get to where you are then.

like i said.. i had to put on two plastic bags filled with junk... that required 2 screws...

a footplate... that required 3 screws ( that never lined up)

and put a dam book ontop of the unit...

then if there was a unit that needed to be repaired... id have to walk down to the push off... then push it off...and come back and catch back up... it was ridiculous....

specially when the girl next to me...all she had to do was put a piece of freakin foam ontop of the unit...

we were pushing out about 750 units a night....thats alot of units.... so try to imagen that

but the bottom line of why i quit was because the job was wayy too hard for me

I think you should have stuck it out for a bit longer - but its your choice.

Theres no shame in quitting and youre no less of a person for doing it. The job wasnt for you - so move on into something else. As long as you do something and its a thing you enjoy - who cares how many jobs you quit? Plus, its much easier to quit than get shitcanned.
