i am a highvoltage lineman but i dont work on transmission lines like those i just work on distribution lines which run at 7200V and 14,400V but if i ever had the chance i'd do that

I'll just stay in the sub stations.... I feel safer there!!!!!!!

The sub is the last place I want to be! Too much fault current. Too much fault current can cause R.D.C.P.(rapid dissassembly of component parts) or in plain english = EXPLOSION W/FIRE. I'd much rather be up on a C-1,,A-1, or A-5. And I would love the chance to walk on the high lines.

I guess you couldn't smell the sarcasm coming off my statement.. J/K

But when things do go bang (hopefully when I'm not there), that's when my wallet magically gets a lot fatter. "Work til' it's fixed"..........

yeah but after 3 days straight it gets where the money is nice but sleep would be better
