Default virus crap help

i have had my comp for a year now with no problembs at all!

this morning i'm getting all kinds of crap.

this message keeps coming up when i open internet explorer.

i havn't had any problembs besides all the antivirous crap poping up.

Try running something like Ad-Aware or CCleaner

how do i get rid of

Internet Antivirus pro..

i don't even know where it came from any way.
i can't find it under "uninstall or change programs"


keep in mind i'm computer illierate....

Its an Ad that has been placed on your computer. Instll and Run Ad-Aware and it should take care of this....Are you currently running an Anti Virus Program?

Another thing, reboot in safe mode (restart than keep tapping the F8 key). If it still pops up in safe mode, your going to have to reinstall Windows.

i guss i already have windows defender came with vista

i'm running it now to see what happends...

One thing I learned about Windows Defender, if you have a 3rd party anti-virus/firewall program, it flips out and makes your computer unstable.

And it does jack to stop malicious code from wreaking havoc on your computer.
