it's called invisible shield....go to ZAGG | invisibleSHIELD | iPhone, iPod Cases, Screen Protectors, Covers, Shields, Skins, Invisible Shield order it directly from there...lots cheaper than best buy...they wanted 20 bucks for just the screen protector for my storm...direct from zagg...it's 25 for whole body protection.

I am on my 3rd storm now, I can tell you if you tap the screen when it freezes up do it softly. I barely tapped my screen and it shattered. The phone they replaced it with (brand new in the box) it still freezing up.
The invisible shield is awesome, I have put the same one on all 3 phones, just get the screen damp before you put it back on and it will stick.

BTW- home screen, browser, phone, blackberry messenger and messages cant be closed and will always be open. When you use the menu button trick you can close any other programs that are running.

My big problem was the memory leak shutting the phone down. I had one right out of the box, refurb albeit, but it shut down within an hour. Then it shut down five to six times per hour. I did a full wipe and it got better, but it was still about once an hour. My two previous ones were about once a day battery pulls. With the new OS update, I have had no memory leak problems.

Ok...gotcha. I did notice that I was having to reboot about once a day initially but since I have the memory cleaner running everything is fine. BTW- I found a neat little program called "Quickpull" that allows your to perform a reboot from the home screen without pulling the battery. Do a search under the BB Apps and you'll find it.

The first one was my own fault, I fubared the operating software on it. If I was a better tech geek I could have fixed it. My second one, would have been fixed by this update that just came out.
Um...see above...
