Default New House!!

We dont have the keys yet but they took our offer and the seller is signing the papers

2500sq ft, 3bdrm, 2.5 bath, 7.75 wooded acres in a "association" with 12-14 other homes just outside of Hillsdale, MI so its in the country but not to far away from town

Wiring is in just needs hooked to the box and pole.

The seller was building the home out of pocket as a "spec home" with intent to sell it and make 3 lots. Much to our surprise he took our offer for the full acreage and 50K less than what he was initially asking (130K)

I've got my hands full to finish but Its pretty much our dream home! I almost fell down when our realtor called and said they took the offer!

I need to build a barn though....

Breakfast nook that has access to the West (front) and East(back) porch

let me know what ya think!!

That is one heck of a deal. You might want to do something about the door to the garage. It might be hard to fit through that one.

Thanks Gang! the wife and I are really excited about it! Ill be glad to be living in the country again! Im tired of this town crap! and the drive for the wife will be cut to 25 min instead of 55 min. Mine will go from 0 to 25 min so it works out for her but I wont mind a little windshield time in the AM

I know! but I'll have enough room for a barn in the near future. If not Ill turn the walk out basement to a "Drive out" basement

That is a Crazy steal lucky you found it before i did cause I would have out bid you Looks like I need to look more up in Michigan.

But Congrats man Im sure you will get it settled up just right.

I think you should go wth Bricks or Stone for the outside atleast so far up and the Fire place. Then a nice dark color siding if you don't want to do the whole house.
