Anyone ever built Post and Beam?

Kevin,
I hit the ground running and started calling in favours. There has to be something out there - I just have to find it is all. In the back of my mind I thought maybe, just maybe I might squeak by or get transferred or get hired by the client but no such luck so far. I won't be doing TWINS or the addition or driving to your place (like I wanted to) this summer if I'm on pogy.
The wife and I have talked and for a while we are ok on just her wage but then we'll start to hit savings if we aren't careful. EI (employment insurance) will likely not kick in for me for like 120 days or so from the last day in Feb so I've got to find something between now and then which I am sure I will.
Like I said I saw it coming way back in September but when I left for vacation to SD and then came back and the place was a grave yard I knew something was up in a big way. The last month it has been dreadfully slow and there has been no activity at all so I'll have a few beers tomorrow and make myself feel a bit better and then go nuts again next week.
It is what it is.
