wow I don't understand how there aren't any charges filled... and why no one asked where the little boy was when he didn't show up for school. That's really sad...

... and spankin's are how a kid learns... not by sending them to time out

 

Everyone knows there is a world of difference between an occassional spank on the pants and beatings and abuse. The real abuse goes unnoticed (like that case) while everyday parents have to be worried about normal discipline.
