Default Cures for Valve tick?

Well, i've tried the Gunk Valve medic, Seafoam and the old ATF trick and nothing has done it. Anything else anyone has had luck with? I'm about to go try some Rislone if I can find it around here...So..let's hear what ya got...

adjust the valve lash...........it may be the rockers makin all the noise

.010 intake and .020 exhaust

AFAIK... which way would make it tick? to thin or too thick?

I have seen additives that say it will quiet a noisy valve !!!

yer book prolly calls for a 5-50 wt????????????

and yer prolly usin 10-40" or 15-40

yer motor is of very tight tolerances and it needs the 5w
