I was going to get some LED replacement bulbs from Recon, but I didn't get very good service either. I just wanted to confirm what I needed before ordering. Fortunately I was introduced to a different supplier of LED lights, superbrightleds.com

 

It seems to me like their products are cheap. I had a light bar and bed lights from them = junk if you ask me.

 

I'm done with RECON too. I bought a fire & ice bar that didn't last a year, and my led under cab lights didn't last a year either. Nothing but junk, and they wanted to blame it on enviromental things. I was living in SC at the time, no salt on the roads, so I'm not sure what else they thought it might be.

 

Sucks to hear this stuff! My line of fire light has worked flawless for 3 years now. (knock on wood)
