Had a fire spark up about 2 miles from here yesterday. Unfortunately we had very high winds and gusts close to 40mph so it got out of control in minutes. Lucky for me the winds pushed it south and kept it movin south through the state forest. As of this mornin over 800acres were burnt and it was only 30% contained. We Sat in the yard with a few cold ones and watched the flames over the trees. The sky was glowin red almost all night. This is the third fire within 10 miles of here in the past yr.
