I like the parallel twins, they've got a pretty unique thump/vibe that the V's don't have. and 26 years on mine and it runs perfectly still....probably because the japs did a really good job copying and dare I say improving on the bsa/triumph parallel twin.

Is that an oil cooler behind the front tire? just wondering since it's got a fan on it. or...it's not watercooled with cosmetic air-cool fins, is it? if so, that's a good lookin water cooled engine!

 

IIRC it is water cooled. the 250cc motors were air cooled and the 325 or 350cc motors were water cooled.
