stihl. i have had nothing but the best experiences with their saws. parts are always available and ive had a couple warranty issues where they stepped up and went above and beyond.

apple computer. i had a ibook that needed a new logic board. it was outside the warranty recall period but they fixed it anyway. sent me a prepaid dhl epxress shipping box and when i got the computer back they had replaced the logic board, touchpad, keyboard, screen, screen bezel, and gave me a free wireless mouse. couldnt believe it was the same computer.

warn. they still honer the lifetime warranty on a 30+ year old 8274 winch. plus their lifetime warranty hubs really are lifetime, for any reason. never had a bad experience with them.

 

Paxton. For my old gasser's supercharger. They exchanged a wrongly shipped by a POS dist. model at no charge except my shipping to them.

ThinkGeek. They sent me a whole new Mandylion Password gizmo, free.
