i hear ya -- communication is key... but, alas, some don't do it very well and his feedback is "ok" so I would'nt expect stellar service ...

just sit back and relax if ya can and give him a chance

I wont buy electronics on ebay , I thought ipods were mated to 1 puter only ?

yea really, if I've got an auction going on...I'm going to be sitting there watching it as it closes and get in touch so I could get my money ASAP. I'm going to call him after five if I don't get a message which so far, is a big no.
