Actually, it can be a 62/12 and still have a 65mm turbine. I need to figure out if this is the case because if so that is a good reason why my turbo barks so bad when shifting between gears at low rpm's. I thought at first that it was because I was not getting enough fuel. I have been told to eliminate all possible causes before I look at a HRVP or bigger injectors. As both have bigger cons than pros for a daily rush hour traffic driver. Such as huge bombs and too tempermental at low rpms.

well i know most parts have some sort of part # so you can trace where they came from or where they were made at least, maybe if you could find they part # on your turbo you could find out the size turbine in that specific make. ur turbo is located near the top of ur engine block isnt it? mine is in the lowerhalf, VERY hard to get too from the top of the motor for me cuz im short too, but its easy to see from the bottom. im betting ur exhaust downpipe is probly in ur way but have u crawled under and tried to look up from under the truck with a light? possibly ud be able to see what is there if there is any sort of part # or id tag/sticker on the turbo housing.??

The vin won't help it is aftermarket. I'm gonna have to call Vulcan on Monday and ask Eric. I pulled the reciept and all it says is HTT62/12 with no part numbers or serial numbers.
