Default Outdoor Wood Stoves

outdoor wood boilers. anyone got one? whats the best brand? Central looks like the most popular.

I just got my fuel oil bill and it is going to increase by 60%. wtf

I have 90 acres and have plenty of wood I just never heated with it because it was easier not too. I sold it though.

any info, opinions or advice would be helpful

Check out arboristsite.com lots of guys there heat with OWB's, and they seem to have their favorites picked out pretty well. If your serious about it its worth a look. My company is in the process of manufacturing bricks made of wood chip, mulch, and in gasification uses, plastic, which would all but replace splitters, mauls, and other firewood tools. We figure it can save us enough to convert a house to wood and have it paid for in 3 years. That is a very quick return on investment.
