Everyone Please Help! Please Pray For Me!
I am sorry if i should not post this here.
But I just got back from the Hospital since I was not aloud to say. Go figure. Its may be 12 am but I just need to talk right now to ease my mind a little.
I would really like if everyone would pray for my soon to be wife.
She went to the doctor for really bad pain in her arm today and the doctor told her to get right to the hospital.
She has a blood clot in her arm and i am so scared right now that it is going to let go and i am going to loss her. She means so much to me and is the only person in my life that I could die for.
They are going to do more tests in the morning to make sure that there are none in her lungs.
So again please evryone please say a little prayer that she will have the blood clot go away and not let loss and it will kill her i am told.
And I am sorry if this is not the place for this topic but it means alot to me.

You got more then just prayers Bud, were sendin prayers, best wishes and high hopes all at the same time.
I made the mistake of askin my wife about this and got an hour long class in everything to do with it. She spent some years as a cardiac Surgical Nurse. She really wants to know if this is arterial or veinus blockage. Seems to make a difference in her world as to which this is. And she keeps saying how odd it is to happen in the arm, it's almost aways in the legs. Makes her wonder of there have been any blood draws or injections in the arm as of recent.
And she went off when I said they wouldn't let you stay with her. I was instructed to tell you to go back in there and stand your ground with these hospital staff, don't let em push you around. You have every right to be there with her all night long as long as it's not interfering with anything they have to do. As far as you go is the waiting room and when they see your not leaving they will let you back in.
Keep us updated. And you know if you ever need to talk on the phone , just to here a sympathetic voice, yo have a few hundred plus folks here that would love to help. Just let us know what we can do.

I'm with DD on this. She is in good hands and I'm sure they are doing what they need to do to get rid of the clot. It's great that they caught it. Everything will be fine will be thinking of you and praying for you and your wife. Keep us updated

As Uncle B mentioned, in the arm is a little different. Sometimes can be the result of some other injury?? The cause I am curious, but as for the clot, no worries bud. She made to the hospital in fine shape with no breathing problems I assume. They would have started her on a type of heparin to help the body dissolve that and she'll be fine. The problem with these clots is not catching them in time.
She will probably be on a blood thinner for a while.
Hang in there!!
