got it on the frame machine monday. pulled some measurements and it seems to be ~2" or so out of square up front. we pulled on it HARD and only gained 1/2" gotta chain it in some more spots to isolate the pulling force.....



at the end of this pull the *** end of the truck shifted 2-3" (it's chained and bindered down in 4 spots plus has the frame rails clamped to the rack via some jigs that go with the machine) so we called it a day. i pulled the radiator out tuesday, gonna work on it a little tomorrow and see if we can get it done, also the crossmember on the driver side is pushed back ~1" causing the front wheel to be off-center to the wheel well....

Nice work! I would love to score on something like that. Those rangers are sick. Personally, I'd turn it into a pre-runner and bomb it through the desert out here

ya that would be cool but there ain't no deserts here in south GA..... only mud and it ain't 4x4 so it'll be useless..... but ya pre-runner would be badarse..... like this

i wish.... finding one of those in these parts is like finding a mint condition Shelby that's been stored in a barn with a cover over it and has less than 1K miles on it...... it just ain't gonna happen.....

UPDATE!!!!

frame is within 1/8" of being square again. i'm gonna let it ride. got the fenders fitted on it and the hood fixed tonight, hopefully gonna primer the fenders, hood, grill and bumper tomorrow, then paint on saturday and hopefully assemble on sunday.
