ok heres my personal opinion. i had xm for a year and sirus since 00. i was not impressed with xm as i found out a lot of it was just looped songs.. they would change a few things around but its all teh same broadcast being played over on like a 10 hour loop. the comedy on xm isnt that great.. yah they have one more chanel.. sirus has 3.. but sirius has the better chanells for what i listen too.
i would sugest before you make a commitment is to do the online subscription for a few days trial and see what happens to make you more exited.

very good advice mobs. i got lucky i guess. working at a gm dealer i got to listen to xm off and on. then i tooka listen to sirius for a couple days and ended up going with them. i think sirius has better classic rock and country selections. i think the comedy sections are about equal. think they each have like 4 or 5. sirius's hard attack channel's really nice for driving angry. and they took xm's nascar channel. if ur a nascar fan that's a pretty big deal.

dude seriously get the hardwire.. you ahve the headunit to support it. its a different world..
and dont buy through sirius or xm.. they are cheaper elsehwere. i have that same unit in my jeep.. i paid 0. for it.
it was 100 bucks on the shelf. 50 instant rebate and another 50 mail in.

but serioulsy the 100 bucks for a hardwire IS WELL WORTH IT!!!
