Someone needs to start one for building refineries on our soil. That's where a lot of the problem is. I'd say it's probably more important than drilling here. JMHO.

 

Right on Johnny - you hit the nail right on the head with that.

Getting the oil out of the ground is the easy part. The oil companies have seen this day coming for years - the lack of refining capacity is really whats driving most of the price up.

 

I second that!!!You can also go to Hannity.com and sign the petition their at drill here,drillnow,payless.

 

And design it up for primarily diesel product...

 

A barrel of crude has so much % that can be used for gas so much % that can be used for gas so on and so forth.

 

Yea, basically the oil is heated up and it evaporates and the "steam" goes up a cooling tower. Different products condensate at different temperatures. That's a very rough idea of how it goes...I think. If I'm wrong somebody please correct me.
