So, I applied for a job as a CSR for Hertz car rental yesterday at about 2pm. 20 minutes later, I got a call from HR wanting to do a phone interview. After the phone interview, she asked me to go in for a 1 on 1 interview with the area sales manager at 9 am today. I interviewed with her, and everything seemed to go great, and she said she would call me and let me know the outcome. I stayed down the mountain most of the day, and when I got home there was a message on the machine. She had called at 11am to talk to me I called her back and she offered me a job contingent on my passing the drug and background check, which won't be a problem at all... I am happy to have a job, as my mooching (aka unemployment) just ran out. Decent pay, a little bit of a commute, but I get full benefits after a 90 day probationary period, full dental, health, vision, 401k and life insurance

Thats all.. I am no longer a leech on society

awesome man i just got a job as well, thats also a big of a commute for me but at least were makin money again!!

How far of a commute is it for you one way?

 

Commute for me is about 40 miles one way... My old commute was about 30 miles one way, so its not THAT much more.
