Brisket (On The Smoker)(With Pics As I Cook)

Default Brisket (On The Smoker)(With Pics As I Cook)

1) un-thaw brisket
2) rub brisket down with the seasoning(brisket rub/brown sugar)
3) fire up the smoker, lots of coal.
4) when coals get nice and ready throw your wood on it
5) put brisket on the smoker, sear both sides till it looks kinda like a steak on the outside
6) put brisket in the foil pan(fat side down) with about an inch of water
7) let the smoker do the work now.
8) with about 3 hours left cover the foil pan with foil, less time with foil covering it the more it will taste like smoke.

you can freeze what you dont eat.
