Right between the front legs Jen...It's the same thing corned beef is made of.

Yea, me too, then I smoke the corned beef just about how Zach made this brisket. Even when we butcher our own cattle, we just get the brisket.

Just for those that don't already know. This is a real smoker. The fire is not under the grill, the fire is in a separate box.

Look on the smoker below, there is a separate fire box on the right side. Smoke travels from the fire box across the meat and out the 5" stack. Hence the term "smoker".

Looked like there was fire in the pictures. I used to have one, but I don't have the patience, I have a big enough grill, I just don't put the meat over the fire.

there is some old grey coal on one of the pics, sometimes i just put coal in the grill and not the fire box if im making a quick meal. i need to get motivated and finish my propane set up so i can keep constant temp.
