I'm envious.

But, this is America ... you will never really own your house. In the sense that you still have to pay property taxes on it till the day you die.

And that is a crock of ****, its like you never really own your house, not only that but property owners pay more taxes than non property owners and have no more say in the the way things go then the renter that is getting his/her rent paid fro by the gov. sorry for the rant

i been trying to find something reasonable to buy for a house... every thing around here is 200+

The average cost of a home here is over 750K.
