Oatmeal Carmelitas
Mix 4 ½ Tbs flour with caramel topping. Set aside. Stir together 1 ½ cup flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and melted butter. Divide in half. Press half of dough into bottom of pan and bake at 350 for 10 min. Remove and sprinkle with 1/2 of chocolate chips, 1/2 pecans, drizzle 1/2 caramel topping over that, take about 1/4 of the dough and crumble over that. Repeat. Drizzle with remaining caramel topping. Bake for 20 min. Or until just lightly brown around the edges.
Cool for 1 hour and cut into squares.
