that would be a negative Captain...... 19.5's and 22.5's were designed for trucks. 99% of the trucks here could clear those with no suspension modification..... and these trucks came stock with 16, 17, or 18 inch rims...... now those cars came stock with 14 or 15 inch wheels, require massive ammounts of suspension work to clear those wheels and get it to turn tighter than a semi truck and trailer......
there is a guy local to me that has a Mercury Grand Marquis, it has Lambo doors, 6 inches of suspension lift, an 8 inch body lift (that's right a one off body lift on a subframe car).... and he's ridin on 26's or bigger.... he has so much :cough: drug :cough: money in that car that i could prolly have a fast Pro Street truck......

So your telling me that you wouldnt like this?
Car is sitting on 27's with no lift. and has one bad 454 in it.
The same can be said about a truck on 24 inch rims and 37 inches of rubber.

don't think I've ever seen 22.5's on a light duty, that'd be kinda weird. I've seen a few 19.5's on highway hauling trucks that I like. I think they look good on duallys, too...but they're cool because their main reason for existence is function, they're designed to be a high weight, high mileage highway truck wheel/tire. these stupid donks are purely to show how much room some idiot's got on his credit card or how much 'substance' he moves by making something A. absolutely, completely useless and B. ugly beyond what I'm allowed to describe outside the badlands!
personally I think that green impala looks like . I'm more into the traditional hot rods and somewhat vintage looking stuff. with old cars I prefer a cruiser/sedan to be low/aired out, a muscle car to have an aggressive(and low) stance and a rod to be nearly scraping. all of which typically require 18's or smaller. the big wheels and easter egg paintjobs that guys are passing off as 'hot rods' mean just as much to me as the donked 80's awesomeness!

Most of them videos take place in Houston on the south side, are those cars better suited?
