That's pretty good. Reminds me of that pic where the lines are painted right over a dead squirrel.

 

ya but see the squirrel didn't cause such a problem that they had to paint around it. i can say painting over any animal that is dead on the road is a common mistake. but the thought that had to go into making sure all the assfault was compacted and poured or however they do it around that and getting the guide wire in the right place is something else.....

 

DO they just plan to cut it at the ground or something?

 

i dono..... they are state employees, being a state worker implies too much.... i would assume they would pull it up, fill the hole with dirt and the new street will blend in with all the old ones with pot holes.....

 

Nah they'll just build a turn lane mediun around the pole. I bet ya.
