i have also looked at v-max's from tiem to time and heard nothing but good things form people. i guees they have whats called v boost?

i used to have a 98 748 ducati, with i still have it, that bike was a blast!

V-boost its sweet....I looking to buy a bike with a couple months so a V-Max is being considered

V-boost is simple;

The engine is a V-4. One carb per cyl. with a crossover tube between carbs. Riding under 6000rpm all cyls are running one carb per cyl....like normal. Over 6000rpm a butterfly opens up on the crossover tubes and it's now, basicly, useing 2 carbs per cyl.

When it turns on, it's like someone hit the NOS button.

hmm i wounder is any one ever swapped a v-max motor on to something else?

i think next winter i'm gonna swap out my 750 to either a 900 or 1100 depends whats available when i do the swap. i really want more power on the ol' cb750f
